The story of Sous Le Pommier took root in 2018 in Brittany, in Pleudihen-sur-Rance. Where producers have chosen to develop a unique approach, by creating the first French apple sector guaranteed to be zero pesticide, insecticide, fungicide, herbicide treatment.
It is with the support of the cider cooperative Les Celliers Associés, created in 1953, that the producers of Sous Le Pommier have drawn up specifications, certified by Bureau Veritas, to grow apples from our regions without any treatment: a culture possible thanks to a work of pruning of the trees to avoid any disease, with a fight against the pests by means of bocage hedges or nests with titmice ... and any other practice resulting from agro-ecology.
Imposing a double commitment to the consumer, zero treatment and zero pesticide residue on harvested apples, the Sous Le Pommier specifications are also Agriconfiance certified.
And to multiply the occasions of consumption, Sous le pommier offers pure flat apple juice in a 1L jar and sparkling apple juice in a 75cl bottle.
