Renowned for its wines from an altitude vineyard, the Upper Aude Valley and its Cretaceous soils (period ending the Jurassic) are also the main source of fossils of the last dinosaurs and their eggs in Europe. The red clay soils of our vines thus regularly expose our winegrowers to the astonishing discoveries of traces of their precursors in this territory (65 to 75 million years ago).
